Shipping & Delivery Policy

Do you charge for delivery or Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We offer free delivery within Dubai for all orders above AED 99.
For other Emirates, enjoy free shipping on purchases over AED 149.
Orders below AED 99 will incur a shipping fee of AED 15.
All deliveries are handled by ZAJEL Courier Services.
Delivery time across UAE is typically 2 to 3 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Fees
Choosing Cash on Delivery adds a service fee of AED 10 per order.
For example:
If your order is under AED 99 and you select COD, the total cost will be:
Order amount + AED 15 shipping + AED 10 COD = AED 25 extra.

Tip: Paying with a credit or debit card comes at no additional charge.

What if I receive the wrong product?
We take accuracy seriously. If you receive an incorrect item, email us at info@ecolyteplus.com. We’ll arrange a pick-up and send you the correct product promptly.

What should I do if my credit card is declined?
Here are common reasons and fixes:

  • Is your card ATM-only? Contact your bank to enable online use.
  • Did you pass the 3D Secure authentication? You may need to register your card for secure online purchases via your bank's website.
  • Ensure the following details were entered correctly:
    • Card number
    • Name on card
    • CVV (three-digit code on the back)
    • Expiry date
  • Check your card's available credit limit.
